📧 Day-of communications On the day of your appointment, please pay attention to your email as your scheduled exam time draws near — we may send additional information regarding your exam and/or test center status.

📍 Location & Hours

We are located at 6519 West Blvd, Inglewood CA 90302.

We are open by appointment only, and generally raise our shutter and allow entry for up to 20 minutes before the first scheduled exam. If you arrive more than 20 minutes early and the shutter is down, please wait before contacting us about being closed.

🚗 Parking

The City of Inglewood has limited the amount of extended parking on our side of West Blvd. We recommend not parking in the green "20 Minute" loading zone when arriving to take a scheduled exam — you may receive a parking ticket.

There are parking spaces on the side of the liquor store, including a mini parking lot with a sign that reads "EE Testing Center Parking." Street parking is also available in the surrounding area. No parking permits are required for the residential areas within a 2-block radius.

⚠️ First come, first served The City of Inglewood does not allow us to reserve spaces for testers. If you are worried about parking, consider getting dropped off. Be mindful of the space reserved for vehicles with a disability/handicapped placard or license plate. If anyone claims you can't park in a space, report it to test center staff — we have property management contacts.

Lateness & Cancellations

🚨 More than 15 minutes late? If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late, or you know you won't be coming at all, please let us know. Candidates who are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us ahead of time may forfeit their appointment.

While we have nothing to do with the cancellation or rescheduling process, it helps if we know you're not coming.

To cancel or reschedule, contact Pearson or your program/test sponsor — arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your test.

🔒 Check-In & Lockers

The testing center includes a waiting room (lobby) and an area with lockable storage for candidate belongings while testing is in progress.

Keys to the lockers are given in exchange for one form of candidate identification. After exam completion and the key is returned, your I.D. is given back.

After returning your key, get your ID from the proctor before signing and writing the exit time on the log sheet.

Note: Studying is not allowed in the waiting room of any Pearson VUE Testing Center.

🪪 Identification Requirements

Some exams require 2 forms of valid physical identification. When in doubt, bring 2. One of the first four items in the acceptable list (shown in green below) must be presented at check-in regardless of how many forms are required.

✅ Acceptable IDs

  • Valid state-issued driver's license or ID
  • Interim/temporary DMV receipt WITH accompanying expired license or other valid ID
  • Valid passport or passport card
  • Valid military or government ID
  • Valid permanent resident card
  • Signed social security card (with your name)
  • Valid work or school ID badge with photo and name*
  • Valid signed debit or credit card with your name and/or picture

❌ NOT Acceptable

  • Birth certificates
  • Medical / insurance cards
  • Naturalization papers
  • "Guard cards"
  • Interim/temporary DMV receipts WITHOUT an expired license
  • Photos, digital representations or copies of ID documents
  • META or any "smart" glasses (camera, wireless, Bluetooth, or internet connectivity)
💡 Not sure if you need 1 or 2 forms of ID? Bring 2 from the acceptable list — it never hurts to be prepared.

* Some sponsors do not accept work badges. The majority do.

😷 Face Mask Policy

🚫 Refusal to wear a mask = No exam As indicated in the correspondence you received from Pearson, face masks are REQUIRED in our testing room. Masks are readily available if you arrive without one. Refusal to wear a mask while testing is a violation of our test center rules — any candidate who refuses will not be permitted to test in our facility.

💻 Online Exam Terms & Agreements

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Pay attention at your testing station Most online exams have terms that must be agreed upon before the actual exam can start. There is often a small time window given to acknowledge and agree. If a candidate does not agree within the allotted time, the exam will end.

The most our proctors can do if the exam ends due to failure to agree to the terms is provide a contact number or email for the sponsor. In most instances, the exam must be rescheduled for another day, at the tester's expense.

Please pay close attention to what is on the screen when you are signed in to your testing station.
